Tonon Plumbing & Gas are trusted members of the Far North Queensland community.
We are a husband and wife family-owned and operated company that began with Ben outside on tools and Chanea in the office on the keyboard.
Although we started off as a small business sole trader, we have been expanding our team ever since, building on a concrete foundation of high standards, honesty and fair prices. We grew quickly into an eight-person staff that wears the Tonon uniform with pride, aware of our brand and reputation – even our girls, Cienna and Armani, wear the Tonon trademark. We strive for excellence in all we do and always wear a smile.
These days, Ben spends more time behind the scenes and enjoys working with like-minded companies. When we engage local services ourselves, we value quality workmanship and dependable products. We appreciate exceptional customer service with a personal touch, efficient booking systems and organised billing. We like professional communication with all-round good people. So, those are the same ingredients we mix into the daily running of our business that make our business ours!

Being active members of the community is important to us. In addition to being a mom and running a business, Chanea gives back by driving Cancer Council patients to treatment. We like betting on a winner, and sponsor race car champion John Magro, as well as supporting thoroughbred horse races over at the Gordonvale Turf Club.
